How to Delete Your Account

At The Bond Maker, we believe in giving you full control over your account. If you’ve decided it’s time to say goodbye to your account, we understand, and we’re here to help. Deleting your account is a straightforward process, but it’s essential to note that this action is irreversible. Once you delete your account, all of the content you’ve created will be permanently removed from our platform. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to do it:

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Begin by logging in to your account using your username and password. If you’ve forgotten your login credentials, don’t worry, you can reset your password from the login page.

Step 2: Access Your Dashboard

After successfully logging in, you’ll be directed to your account dashboard. If you aren’t automatically taken there, you can navigate to the dashboard by clicking on the “Dashboard” option in the menu at the top of the page. If you in the mobile app, click the Dashboard icon in the lower bottom menu.

Step 3: Navigate to Membership Settings

On your dashboard, hover your cursor over the “Dashboard” menu to reveal a dropdown list of options. From the list, hoover over to the “Profile” menu, and select “Membership Settings.”  This will take you to your profile settings. If you are in the app, from the Dashboard page, click on the three lines to open the menu and select “Membership Settings.”

Step 4: Access Account Deletion

Inside your Profile settings, locate and click on “Membership Settings.” This is where you can make changes to your account’s membership and privacy settings.

Step 5: Delete Your Account

In the left side menu of the Membership Settings page, you’ll see an option labeled “Delete Account.” Click on this option to initiate the account deletion process. If you are in the mobile app, click on “Delete Account” from the menu.

Important Reminder:

Please remember that deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. All the content you’ve created, including messages, and account information, will be completely irrecoverable. 

Final Confirmation:

Before your account is deleted, we’ll ask you to confirm your decision one last time. This is to ensure that you’re entirely sure about deleting your account. Once you confirm, your account will be deleted immediately.
