Are hotel accommodations included in the getaway price?
Hotel accommodations are not included in the getaway price. Each traveler is responsible for booking and paying for her own hotel room at Comfort Suites Dunnellon, the designated hotel for pick-up and drop-off.
Who can attend the Florida Springs Renewal Getaway?
This getaway is designed exclusively for women ages 21 and older. It’s a safe, uplifting experience created to help women connect, recharge, and explore together in a supportive and inspiring environment.
Where will the group meet for transportation?
All travelers will meet at a private location in Tradds Landing, Clermont, Florida, 34714 which will be shared via email after booking. Please plan to arrive before 6:00 a.m. The shuttle will depart between 6:00–7:00 a.m. on Friday and return to Clermont on Sunday between 6:00–7:00 p.m.
What’s included in the getaway price?
Your getaway price includes round-trip group transportation from Clermont, all daily activities (excluding the Kayaking Manatee Tour) and excursions, park entrance fees, and all meals and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the weekend. Alcoholic beverages are not included.
Is this getaway refundable?
Yes! Getaways are refundable up to 90 days before departure. After that date, payments are non-refundable due to reserved group costs.
Can I reserve my spot with a deposit?
Yes, you can reserve your getaway with a 15% deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 90 days before departure to confirm your spot.
How many travelers will be on this trip?
To keep the experience intimate and connected, we limit each getaway to 8–10 participants. This small group size ensures every traveler feels seen and supported.
How physically active is this trip?
The itinerary includes gentle activities such as light hiking, kayaking, and short walks. Each activity is beginner-friendly, and participation is always optional.
What should I bring?
Bring comfortable clothing for warm weather, swimwear, walking shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and a refillable water bottle. A small journal will also be provided for reflection moments.
Can I drive myself instead of taking the group shuttle?
For this curated group experience, all participants must ride together in the provided group shuttle. This ensures a seamless itinerary, shared bonding moments, and smooth coordination at each stop.
