Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a laundry room?
Yes, every house has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers. And yes, the use of the laundry room is included in your lease, no extra cost.
How many people will live in each house?
Depending on the size of each house, we will have anywhere from 3 to 8 rooms.
Will I have a private toilet or bathroom?
The bondnests shared houses will have a range of different room setups, and private bathrooms will depend on the room you are interested in.
What services are included in my monthly rent?
We’re all about providing our members with the best experience. That’s why we believe it’s so important to offer a bunch of complimentary services! To name a few:
- Monthly community events organized by our team for our members
- Once a week, housekeeping will clean all the common areas of your house.
- On-call house maintenance as we care about you and about our houses. If you have an incident or something isn’t working well, just report it and our team will fix it asap!
- Fully-furnished home with basic WiFi and Netflix, and all utilities (water, gas, electricity, …).
- A Welcome pack: As a new member of the shared home, you deserve a little welcome gift! You will find it in your bedroom on your move-in day.
Does my bedroom have its own lock?
Yes! Every bedroom will have its own lock.
Are the homes furnished?
Yes, bondnests homes come with common areas furnished.
Who is living in the shared home?
Elite members come from all over the world and have a big range of professions. Most members are between 35 – 65 yrs old, but we believe that age is just a number. We love diversity and promote environments where you will get to meet people from different backgrounds and broaden your horizon.
Do you have family friendly homes?
Unfortunately, our homes will not be suitable for families with kids.
Are pets allowed?
We LOVE pets, but unfortunately, we will not have any animal-friendly homes available.
What about inviting family and friends over for dinner?
You are welcome to invite friends over for lunch, dinner, etc. as long as your housemates are okay with it. Just give others a heads-up and be mindful of the noise. You can always take the fun to a general area with closed doors or take it to the bar.
Can my partner/friend/family visit and stay over?
Our bondnests are your home, so you can definitely have guests come over as long as everyone in the home is fine with it and you follow our guest policy.
What if I don't like my housemates?
You can request to transfer to another bondnests shared home.
