About Us:

The Bond Maker is dedicated to creating meaningful connections among women through elevated events. We’re currently seeking a motivated, people-oriented Membership Sales Representative to help expand our paid membership base and promote participation in our experiences—including local events and national travel getaways. You will be expected to travel regularly to events throughout Central Florida, including Orange, Polk, and Lake counties, to build relationships and increase membership conversions through in-person engagement.

Position Overview

As a Membership Sales Representative, your role is to drive paid memberships for The Bond Maker. You’ll do this by connecting with women at events, nurturing leads, and promoting our Elite and Business Memberships.

This is a commission-only role with uncapped earning potential. Top performers can earn over $100K annually through membership sales, bonus opportunities, and travel package commissions.

To be successful, you must be comfortable attending events in Orange, Polk and Lake Counties regularly, where face-to-face interaction leads to higher conversions and higher earnings.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships at in-person events and through follow-up communication
• Attend and represent The Bond Maker at local events in Orange, Polk and Lake Counties, Florida.
• Build relationships and help women feel welcomed and understood
• Track leads, conversions, and performance metrics
• Host or co-host local or virtual interest events as needed
• Recommend travel getaways and experiences to existing or prospective members

What You Bring

• Strong people skills and the ability to build trust quickly
• 2+ years of experience in sales, community outreach, or event-based roles
• Confident in social and networking environments
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong follow-through
• Passion for women’s empowerment and community-building
• Availability to attend events in the service Orange, Polk and Lake Counties, Florida

Compensation & Earnings

This is a commission-only position. There is no base salary or hourly rate.
Estimated annual earnings range from $50,000–$110,000+, depending on performance and travel package sales.

No benefits are provided. This is an independent contractor position.

Fast Start Bonus Opportunity:

New Membership Sales Representatives are eligible for a $500 Fast Start Bonus by hitting key milestones within their first 90 days—signing up new Elite Members and selling travel packages. It’s our way of rewarding motivated individuals who take initiative and generate early momentum.
