Guest fees must be paid in full at the time of registration, but members may add their guests later if needed. Please remember, space is limited, and once we reach capacity, a waitlist will open. Don’t miss out on this magical experience—register early to save your seat!

No, group transportation will not be offered for the Elite Family Reunion 2026. We encourage members to carpool to make travel easy and enjoyable. If you’re interested in finding a ride or offering one, please log in at thebondmaker.com, visit the Group menu, and post a message inside the Carpool Group. You can also share your interest in your local Bond Maker Facebook group — just remember, do not share personal contact information publicly. For safety, always connect and exchange details inside your Bond Maker account, where you can confirm that the person is an active member.

To make the movie night extra cozy and comfortable, we encourage Elite Members and their guests to bring their own seating, such as:

• A blow-up mattress for extra comfort

• A padded mat, picnic blanket, or cushioned rug

• A low-profile lawn chair or camp chair

We’ll provide the “under the stars” atmosphere, pizza, snacks, and movie magic—you bring whatever helps you and your family relax and enjoy the experience.

• Each Elite Member is limited to 3 guests for the Elite Family Reunion 2026.

• For The Bond Maker Family Movie Under the Stars, Elite Members are limited to 2 guests ages 3 and under.

Guests of all ages must be registered to attend.

Yes. Entry to the Elite Family Reunion 2026 and Summit experience requires an active Elite Membership at the time of the event.

Guests must be registered under an active Elite Member’s reservation.

No. All reservation fees are non-refundable, and all sales are final.

Due to limited capacity and pre-planned expenses, we’re unable to offer refunds if your plans change.

Yes.

• The Elite Summit portion (morning Welcome & Summit block) is limited to 60 attendees and is expected to fill quickly.

  • Once full, a waitlist will open.

• The Elite Summit Glow Experience is limited to 50 attendees (ages 21+ only).

• The Farewell Brunch with Sabrina on Sunday will also have very limited seating.

We strongly recommend reserving your spot as soon as registration opens.

For everyone’s comfort and safety:

• Only registered Elite Members and their registered guests will be allowed to enter the Elite Family Reunion events at the Eau Gallie Civic Center and participate in Reunion activities.

• Guests must be listed on the Elite Member’s reservation.

• For The Bond Maker Family Movie Under the Stars, children ages 3 and under must still be registered, even though they’re free, and are limited to 2 per Elite Member.

We’ve planned a weather-safe backup:

• If weather impacts the Brevard Zoo Scavenger Hunt, we’ll host The Bond Maker Family Olympics indoors at the Eau Gallie Civic Center instead.

• Members will be notified in advance (as early as possible) if we shift from the zoo hunt to the indoor Family Olympics.

All indoor portions of the day (Summit Welcome, Glow Experience, Movie Under the Stars) will continue as planned.

Yes! Family Reunion shirts will be available for purchase at a later time.

Details, designs, and pre-order information will be shared with Elite Members once finalized so you can wear your reunion gear to the event.

Yes, children are welcome!

• Guests ages 3 and under are free for The Bond Maker Family Movie Under the Stars, but must be registered during checkout.

• Each Elite Member may bring up to 2 guests ages 3 and under for the movie event.

• Please keep in mind that the Elite Summit Glow Experience is an ages 21+ experience.
