Feel the day start off strong and the music lifts you. You arrive a little unsure—maybe coming solo, maybe getting back into movement, maybe managing pain or balance. From the first hello, you’re welcomed into an easy circle of women who get it. The beat starts, the chair becomes your anchor, and your body remembers: you can.

Arrive 30 minutes early to mingle at our infused water station and start meeting friendly faces before we move. Come solo or with a friend—our host will spark easy introductions so you can settle in, sip, and connect.

Meet us at the Rotary Pavilion at Viera Regional Park. RSVP is required and a waiver must be signed to participate. Please arrive 10 minutes early to choose your seat and settle in. Secure your spot now.
