Course Overview: Follow-Through Lab (3 Weeks, Online & Self-Paced)
Overview:
The Follow-Through Lab is a 3-week online, self-paced experience designed to help women turn their intentions into action and finish what they start—without overwhelm or burnout. Rooted in the BOND for Success Framework, this lab focuses on consistency, accountability, and community support to help participants achieve meaningful progress while connecting with other goal-driven women.
Format:
- Duration: 3 weeks (self-paced)
- Access Opens: January 3, 2026
- Pre-Class Link Delivered: January 2, 2026 via email
- Platform: Online learning portal (accessible anytime)
How It Works:
Each week introduces a new “micro-focus” theme and guided reflection prompts, blending practical tools with emotional encouragement. Women complete weekly self-checks, track micro-wins, and participate in gentle accountability moments through the online group space.
Weekly Focus:
- Week 1: The Reset — Identify what matters most, release distractions, and design a simple success plan.
- Week 2: The Rhythm — Build daily habits and routines that stick, even on busy days.
- Week 3: The Reward — Reflect, celebrate progress, and solidify your momentum for what’s next.
