Gentle 2-mile walk, no cliques, easy connection. Pack snacks, sit comfy, leave happier. $16 or free for Elite.
Stroll the shaded river trail along the historic Palatlakaha River, then unwind picnic-style with welcoming women. We’ll take a relaxed, 2-mile walk on mostly flat terrain, pause for nature moments, and end with a friendly picnic circle. Your host will bring a large tablecloth to share.
What to bring (drawstring-bag friendly)
Hydration & bites
- Refillable water bottle, electrolyte packet
- Fresh fruit (apple slices, grapes, clementines)
- Protein pick: cheese sticks, turkey roll-ups, hummus + pretzels
- Simple sandwich or wrap; nut-free granola bar
Comfort & sit gear
- Compact blanket, towel, or foldable seat pad
- Light layer or sun shirt; hat/sunglasses
- Bug spray and SPF
