2. Meditate Early in the Morning

Meditating soon after waking up allows you to become in touch with yourself and mind before other things come in, like work, relationships, or worries. 3. Productive Business Owners Have a Healthy and Fulfilling Breakfast

I know what you’re thinking! You’re either thinking, “Duh!” or you’re thinking “I don’t have time for breakfast!” No matter which you are, always make sure you are putting good things in your stomach before officially starting your day! 6. Make Time for Lunch

It may seem tempting to skip lunch if you’re super busy, but don’t do it! Block out time for lunch and nourish your body. You will be grateful in the long run. Make lunch a time that you can have for yourself and don’t always bring work with you! Multitasking is great, but your lunchtime should be your own. 7. Don’t Bring Work Home with You Every Time

Not bringing work home is probably the most important takeaway from this post. Even if you work from home, having a designated place for work that doesn’t infiltrate your home space is essential.
