How do I book a seat for events?
To book a seat, simply log in to your account, search for upcoming events, and select the one you want to attend. If you’re an Elite Member, be sure to book events with “Elite” in the title to avoid any unnecessary fees.
Are events free for Elite Members?
Yes, over 95% of our events are free for Elite Members. By paying $19 a month, you gain access to all events, including exclusive Elite events, without additional costs. For the few events that may have fees, you’ll be notified in advance.
What’s the difference between Basic and Elite Membership?
Basic Members pay a $16 fee per event and have limited access to events. In contrast, Elite Members pay $19 per month and receive access to all events, with over 95% of them requiring no additional fees.
Can I cancel my Elite or Business Membership anytime?
Yes, both Elite and Business Memberships can be canceled at any time without additional fees or penalties. We offer full flexibility to manage your membership as you see fit.
Are events available at different times of the day?
Yes, we offer ultimate flexibility. Events are hosted on weekdays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, evenings, and nights—so there’s always something that fits your schedule.
Will I have to attend events alone?
No! Every club has a dedicated event host, so you’ll always have a familiar face at events. Whether it’s your first event or you’re a regular attendee, you’ll always feel welcome.
What should I do if I’m an Elite Member and I see an event fee?
If you’re an Elite Member, make sure to book events with the word “Elite” in the title to avoid unnecessary fees. Most events are free for Elite Members, and any events with fees will be clearly marked.
