What is the deadline to reserve a spot for the 2025 St. Pete Summer Getaway?
The reservation deadline has been extended to May 1, 2025. All members and their guests must RSVP and pay the $75 reservation fee by this date to secure their spot for the getaway. Late reservations will not be accepted.
Who is eligible to attend the 2025 St. Pete Summer Getaway?

What does the $75 reservation fee include?
The $75 reservation fee per person covers a service fee, a boxed meal, and beverages during the 4-Hour Adventure Excursion (ticket not included). It does not include other meals, beverages, or gratuities.
Are transportation and accommodations provided?
No, transportation and accommodations are not provided. Members are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodations.
Is the reservation fee refundable?
Yes, the reservation fee is refundable if a cancellation request is made at least 60 days before departure or if the getaway is canceled due to weather.
Do I need to purchase tickets for activities in advance?
Yes, members are responsible for booking their tickets for the Skyway Bridge Light Show and the 4-Hour Island Adventure in advance. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed for late purchases.
Are meals beyond the boxed meal included in the getaway?
No, members are responsible for paying for their own food, beverages, and gratuities for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the getaway.
What happens if the getaway is canceled due to weather?
If the getaway is canceled due to weather, the $75 reservation fee will be fully refunded. Additional costs related to third-party bookings are subject to the refund policies of the respective vendors.
Can members bring a guest to the 2025 St. Pete Summer Getaway?
Yes, members can bring up to one guest, male or female, as long as the guest is 21 years of age or older. Guests must also pay the $75 reservation fee to participate, which includes a service fee, boxed meal, and beverages during the 4-Hour Adventure Excursion.
