You can now arrive at any time that works for you—we’ll schedule your Uber in advance based on your flight details. Simply contact us after booking your flight to share your arrival and departure times, and we’ll take care of the rest.

A standard 15% deposit is required to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due 90 days before your travel date. If you cancel 90 or more days before departure, you will receive a refund minus the deposit. Cancellations made between 90 and 61 days before departure will receive a credit toward a future trip. Credits never expire as long as your membership with The Bond Maker remains active. Cancellations made 60 days or less prior to departure are non-refundable, and no credit will be issued. Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Arrival Day: Your flight arrives at the nearest major airport before 2:00 PM for pickup on arrival day

Yes, only one suitcase and one carry-on bag per guest is allowed on the group transportation. Please pack accordingly.
