The Village is a women-led, membership-based community. Residency is a benefit of active membership, which is designed exclusively for women 35+. Because of this, members are not able to add non-members as full-time residents. If your circumstances change, you can continue living in your bondnest as a single woman or explore membership transfer options.

Once construction begins, homes take 6–8 months to build. Phase 1 residents will be the first to move in, followed by Phases 2 and 3 as new homes are completed.

You’ll be placed in Phase 2 or Phase 3 depending on your tier selection and timing. Space is limited, so the earlier you join, the sooner you secure your spot.
