Pickleball is a light, low-impact sport that blends elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong, making it easy to learn and fun for all skill levels. We’ll start with a quick rundown of the basics, then jump into casual games where friendly competition and conversation go hand in hand.
No need to be a pro—just bring your sneakers, a water bottle, and a sense of adventure! If you have your own paddle and ball, feel free to bring them along, but don’t worry if you don’t—I’ll have some equipment available for us to use. This is a fantastic way to stay active, enjoy some fresh air, and connect with an incredible group of women. 🏓🌟
