What is Barre?
Barre workouts combine cardio, stretching, and targeted muscle strengthening throughout repetitive micro movements. The goal is to exhaust small muscles that you might not be used to using. Workouts are low impact and often use your body weight as resistance with many movements using high reps and low or no weights. Although the movements might look simple, they can be challenging and leave you sore the next day.
Barre is for any fitness level, beginner or advanced.

What you will need:
– A chair for the bar
– Phone, laptop or tablet
– Mat
– 2- 2 or 3 lb. Pumpkins
– 1 4-5 lbs. Pumpkin
– Water
