What hotels can I stay at to use the private group shuttle?
To use the private group shuttle service, members must book accommodations at one of the following locations: TownePlace Suites Denver Downtown, Element Denver Downtown East, or Hampton Inn & Suites Denver Downtown-Convention Center. The shuttle will only pick up and drop off at these 3 locations.
What are the shuttle pickup and drop-off times?
The shuttle from the Denver Airport will be available for pickup between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025. The shuttle will drop members off at the airport between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Please ensure your flight arrives before 1:00 PM on June 20 and departs after 2:00 PM on June 24, as the shuttle will not operate outside of these hours.
What is the cost of transportation and activities?
The transportation cost is $349 per person, which includes shuttle service for group activities and airport transfers. Activity costs vary depending on the selection and start at $20 per person. All transportation and activities must be paid in advance.
What is the booking and cancellation policy?
A 25% deposit is required to secure your dates, with the remaining balance due by April 20, 2025. If you cancel 61 or more days in advance, you will receive a refund minus $99. Cancellations made within 60 days of departure are non-refundable, but you can transfer your trip to another member.
Can I pay for my trip in installments?
Yes, you can pay in installments via Zelle to hello@thebondmaker.com. After processing each payment, an updated invoice with your current balance will be sent to you. The final balance is due by April 20, 2025.
How can I secure my spot on the trip?
To secure your spot, you must pay the 25% deposit or payment in full. Space is limited, so make sure to reserve your place early. Once the trip is full, a waitlist will be opened.
Am I responsible for booking my own airfare?
Yes, members are responsible for booking their own airfare to and from Denver, Colorado. Please ensure that your flight arrives before 1:00 PM on Friday, June 20, and departs after 2:00 PM on Tuesday, June 24, to align with the shuttle schedule.
Can I bring a guest on the trip?
Yes, members can bring one guest, aged 21 or over, male or female. The guest must also meet the eligibility requirements and be registered for the trip along with the member.
